All payments are done in usd and through paypal only.

Refunds will not be available after the commission is completed. Partial refunds may be available based on the amount of work done.

For an Art + Live2d Rig Commission, the payment is made in two parts; the first half is paid after the sketch is approved and the second half before the start of the rigging process.

For a Live2d Rig Commission only, the whole payment is done upfront.

Delivery Time: An estimation of one to two months+, depending on the complexity of the model.

We reserve the right of all completed works for future display as part of our portfolio, in case the client wishes for it to be kept private, it must be mentioned at the beginning and an additional fee must be paid.

All work done must be credited and be visible in the commissioner social media in case of virtual youtubers. For example: twitter profile bio and youtube video descriptions.

The project file (.cmo3) is not released with rigging commissions.

Any amount of revisions can only be made during the sketch process of the model/art.
